The Parties shall enter into a good faith mediation prior to the initiation of litigation for any purpose. Mediation of disputes shall also be governed by the terms outlined in the Terms of Service Agreement.

Resolution of Disputes Brought by Vision Set Launch

You agree that any claim by Vision Set Launch against a User/Client may be brought pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Venue is in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and without reference to the choice of laws provisions of any jurisdiction. The User/Client agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the Privacy Policy Agreement.
